Enhance the mild flavor of Atlantic Salmon with your favorite seasoning blend or simply season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. The woodsy smoky flavor from the grill and cedar adds a delightful twist to your meal.
Ingredients:
Atlantic Salmon (salmo salar) (color added through feed).

Farm raised in Chile, Canada, or Norway.
Remove all packaging.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the cedar plank with the fish on a baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes.
Grill
Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature (390°F). Place the cedar plank with the fish on the grill. cover the grill and cook for 27 minutes. Keep water bottle handy to douse the flames.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
