Ingredients:
Atlantic Salmon (salmo salar) (color added through feed), salt.
Contains:
Atlantic Salmon (Fish)
Farm raised in Chile, Canada, or Norway.
Remove all packaging.
Air fry
Cook at 400℉ skin-side down for 12 minutes on an oiled air fryer rack.
Pan Fry
Oil a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat skin-side down for 5 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook another 5 minutes.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400℉. Bake on an oiled baking sheet, skin-side down for 17 minutes.
Grill
Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature (400℉), add grill spray oil to salmon skin and grill to avoid sticking. Place the salmon on the grill skin-side down, close grill and cook for 14 minutes.
