- Remove butter puck and set aside for later then cut salmon into quarters.
- Once done, air fry for 10 min at 400◦F.
- Proceed to crack 4 large eggs into a pan of simmering water so that the water covers the top of the eggs for at least 4 minutes on low heat.
- In the meantime, go ahead and cut the English muffins in half. Spread Pesto on each half of the muffins then spread sprouts over each half as well.
- Drain the poached eggs with a paper towel and then place the poached eggs on top on the sprouts. Once done, top each egg with a piece of the cooked salmon.
- Drizzle the MOWI garlic herb butter puck melted over the salmon. Enjoy!
