Remove butter puck and set aside for later then cut salmon into quarters. Once done, air fry for 10 min at 400F. Proceed to crack 4 large eggs into a pan of simmering water so that the water covers the top of the eggs for at least 4 minutes on low heat. In the meantime, go ahead and cut the English muffins in half. Spread Pesto on each half of the muffins then spread sprouts over each half as well. Drain the poached eggs with a paper towel and then place the poached eggs on top on the sprouts. Once done, top each egg with a piece of the cooked salmon. Drizzle the MOWI garlic herb butter puck melted over the salmon. Enjoy!
