- Pre-cook pie crust according to the directions of the crust, until golden brown and allow to cool. Set aside and bring your oven temperature to 375F
- Remove MOWI Lightly Smoked Salmon from the package and cook in an air fryer or oven until fully cooked. Remove skin and use a fork to break it up into pieces. Set aside.
- In a sautépan add butter and heat to medium-high heat. Cook leeks until golde brown. Set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together eggs, egg yolk, milk, heavy cream and 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Once combined add salmon and leeks. Carefully pour mixture onto cooked pie shell and use a spoon or spatula to evenly distribute everything in the pie shell.
- Place pie onto a baking sheet and into the oven, in case any of the mixture overflow as it cooks.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until pie is set and allow to cool slightly before serving with a salad.
