- In a small bowl mix together cream cheese, lemon juice and dill.
- Place tortillas on a flat work surface and divide cream cheese into four equal parts and spread on top of each tortilla. Be sure to spread at the edge where the tortilla ends to seal it.
- Layer the smoked salmon onto the 4 tortillas evenly and spread cucumber, chopped eggs and capers into a row towards one side of the tortilla.
- Begin rolling each tortilla tightly until you reach the seam.
- Use a sharp knife to cut into 4 or 5 pinwheels.
