- Pre-heat your oven or air fryer to 400F and season your salmon with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil on top and cook to your liking, between 10-15m.
- Make cranberry sauce by combining wine, cranberries, brown sugar, ginger, garlic and salt and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes. Remove ginger and garlic and place cranberry mixture in a blender. Add butter and blend until smooth. Add some water until it’s a pourable and has a glossy consistency. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once salmon is done cooking, drizzle warm cranberry sauce on top and serve extra sauce on the side.
