Pecan Crusted Salmon Side

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 425F.
  2. Remove Mowi salmon from package and wipe clean with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and set on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Place butter in a small bowl and add chopped pecans, maple syrup, soy sauce,
    mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well until combined.
  4. Use your hands to adhere butter mixture on top of salmon so it’s evenly dispersed.
  5. Place in oven and bake until cooked to your liking, about 15-20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and top with pomegranate seeds and chives and serve with brown rice.
  7. Serves 6.
