- Pre-heat your oven to 425F.
- Remove Mowi salmon from package and wipe clean with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper and set on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place butter in a small bowl and add chopped pecans, maple syrup, soy sauce,
mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well until combined. - Use your hands to adhere butter mixture on top of salmon so it’s evenly dispersed.
- Place in oven and bake until cooked to your liking, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with pomegranate seeds and chives and serve with brown rice.
