MOWI Carbonara
  1. Mix the eggs, egg yolks, Parmesan and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cut bacon into strips and fry in a pan until it is crisp. Fry the salmon for about four minutes on each side in the bacon fat.
  3. Boil pasta in water with salt after the instructions on the package. Take the boiled paste out of the water (do not pour out the pasta water). Put pasta and 1 dl of the pasta water in the egg blend, then add the bacon. Mix it all together until you get a creamy texture. Serve with freshly cooked salmon, fine cut string peas and fresh leaf parsley.
