- Mix the eggs, egg yolks, Parmesan and black pepper in a bowl.
- Cut bacon into strips and fry in a pan until it is crisp. Fry the salmon for about four minutes on each side in the bacon fat.
- Boil pasta in water with salt after the instructions on the package. Take the boiled pasta out of the water (do not pour out the pasta water). Put pasta and 1 dl of the pasta water in the egg blend, then add the bacon. Mix it all together until you get a creamy texture. Serve with freshly cooked salmon, fine cut string peas and fresh leaf parsley.
