Start by placing the butter puck in the center of the salmon and then proceed to air fry the salmon for 10 min at 400F. Dice half of the avocado. Using a fork, flake up the salmon filet already cooked. Top the salmon with cooked rice and add soy sauce to taste. Mix everything well. Then top the mix with Kewpie mayo, srirachas and the diced avocado. Enjoy with a side of kimchi and roasted seaweed, using the seaweed to tuck it around each bite. Delicious!
