- Start by placing the butter puck in the center of the salmon and then proceed to air fry the salmon for 10 min at 400◦F. Cooking times vary, cook until internal temperature reaches 145◦ F.
- Dice half of the avocado.
- Using a fork, flake up the already cooked salmon portion.
- Top the cooked rice with salmon and add soy sauce to taste. Mix everything well.
- Then top the mix with mayo, sriracha and the diced avocado.
- Enjoy with a side of kimchi and roasted seaweed, using the seaweed to tuck it around each bite. Delicious!
