MOWI Atlantic Salmon Rice Bowl

  1. Start by placing the butter puck in the center of the salmon and then proceed to air fry the salmon for 10 min at 400◦F. Cooking times vary, cook until internal temperature reaches 145◦ F.
  2. Dice half of the avocado.
  3. Using a fork, flake up the already cooked salmon portion.
  4. Top the cooked rice with salmon and add soy sauce to taste. Mix everything well.
  5. Then top the mix with mayo, sriracha and the diced avocado.
  6. Enjoy with a side of kimchi and roasted seaweed, using the seaweed to tuck it around each bite. Delicious!
  7. Serves 2
