Gochujang Air Fryer Salmon Poke Bowl

  1. Once skin of salmon is removed, cut into small chunks. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl whisk together gochujang, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Add salmon chunks and mix together.
  3. Set your salmon in an air fryer or a 400F pre-heated convection oven on a baking sheet and cook until brown and bubbly.
  4. In the meantime build your poke bowl by adding rice to the bottom. Add cooked salmon, avocado slices and pickles or vegetables of your choice.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve next to soy sauce for drizzling.
  6. Serves 2
