- Once skin of salmon is removed, cut into small chunks. Set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk together gochujang, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Add salmon chunks and mix together.
- Set your salmon in an air fryer or a 400F pre-heated convection oven on a baking sheet and cook until brown and bubbly.
- In the meantime build your poke bowl by adding rice to the bottom. Add cooked salmon, avocado slices and pickles or vegetables of your choice.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve next to soy sauce for drizzling.
