Bacon-Wrapped Salmon Hot Dogs

A unique twist on a classic favorite!

  1. Pre-heat your grill or non-stick griddle on medium heat.
  2. Take each skinless salmon filet and cut them lengthwise to achieve 4 long pieces.
  3. Wrap tightly each salmon piece with bacon and secure them with as many toothpicks as needed to hold in place.
  4. Spray non-stick spray on grill or griddle and cook on each side until bacon is crispy.
  5. You make need to keep an eye out for flare-ups on your grill.
  6. Once fully cooked, spread some tartare sauce into each hotdog bun and top with your favorite condiment and topping.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Makes 4 salmon hotdogs.
