Grilled MOWI Saku with spring onion, beets & chevre yoghurt
  1. Start with the dressing. Mix the yoghurt and chevre cheese. Taste with a little pepper.
  2. Place the salad on a big plate. Slice the beets and put on top of the salad. Sprinkle over the pine nuts or sunflower seeds and add a little olive oil and lemon juice.
  3. Grill the salmon at high temperature, approx. 3-4 mins on each side. Then afterwards you grill the spring onion. Top the salad with spring onion and salmon. Serve with the cheese cream and fresh thyme.

  • 4 MOWI Saku
  • 2 large boiled beets
  • 200 g lettuce of your choice
  • 1 bag of pine nuts or sunflower seeds
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • Juice from 1/2 freshly squeezed lemon
  • 1 dl good olive oil
  • 1 bundle of spring onion
  • 1 dl thick yogurt
  • 100 g chèvre
  • Handful of fresh thyme for serving
  • Pepper
