Preparation

In a small bowl, add the shallot, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper, Wisk everything together and slowly incorporate 1 tablespoon of olive oil at a time until having a creamy consistency. Reserve.

In a big bowl add all the cucumber, the yellow peppers, baby spinach, the dried pomegranate and the watercress, mix the ingredients, serve the salad in two plates, top each plate with the MOWI Hot smoked Atlantic salmon and finish with the vinaigrette to taste. Enjoy
