Baked Royal Salmon with Dill Yogurt Sauce

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Brush garlic ghee butter onto MOWI Salmon, add salt and pepper to taste and place on pan with olive oil in medium/high heat to seal salmon for no more than 2 minutes.
  3. Place asparagus on baking tray with parchment paper, add salt, lime juice and olive oil. Add salmon onto tray and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, place yogurt and dill, slowly incorporate olive oil as you mix ingredients. Add salt and pepper once everything is fully mixed.
  5. Take salmon out of the oven and add the yogurt sauce immediately to fuse with the salmon, serve with asparagus.
