- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Brush garlic ghee butter onto MOWI Salmon, add salt and pepper to taste and place on pan with olive oil in medium/high heat to seal salmon for no more than 2 minutes.
- Place asparagus on baking tray with parchment paper, add salt, lime juice and olive oil. Add salmon onto tray and place in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- In a bowl, place yogurt and dill, slowly incorporate olive oil as you mix ingredients. Add salt and pepper once everything is fully mixed.
- Take salmon out of the oven and add the yogurt sauce immediately to fuse with the salmon, serve with asparagus.
