FARM RAISED IN CHILE OR CANADA. PROCESSED IN USA BY MOWI USA LLC. MIAMI, FL 33166 1-(800)-780-FISH. NOT FOR RAW CONSUMPTION. MAY CONTAIN BONES.
Remove all packaging. Leave fish on the pre-soaked cedar plank.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the cedar plank with the fish on a baking sheet and bake for 27 minutes.
Keep water bottle handy to douse flames.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature (390˚F), place the cedar plank with the fish on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for 27 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
