Atlantic Salmon (salmo salar) (color added through feed), dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion, salt, spices, natural flavors, silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

FARM RAISED IN CHILE OR CANADA. PROCESSED IN USA BY MOWI USA LLC. MIAMI, FL 33166 1-(800)-780-FISH. NOT FOR RAW CONSUMPTION. MAY CONTAIN BONES.
Remove all packaging. Leave fish on the pre-soaked cedar plank.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the cedar plank with the fish on a baking sheet and bake for 27 minutes.
Keep water bottle handy to douse flames.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature (390˚F), place the cedar plank with the fish on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for 27 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
