Remove all packaging. For the best outcome, cook the Escallopino on its side.
Cook at 400°F for 5 minutes on an oiled air fryer rack.
Oil a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat for 2 minutes. Flip the salmon and cook another 2 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake on an oiled baking sheet for 8 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F. Appliances may vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
