Ingredients:
Atlantic Salmon (salmo salar) (color added through feed), sweet bourbon flavored seasoning (salt, demerara sugar, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, tomato powder, paprika color, molasses powder (molasses, maltodextrin), spices, natural flavors (including mesquite smoke and grill), paprika oleoresin color, silicon dioxide added to prevent caking).

Remove all packaging.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F. Bake on an oiled baking sheet, skin-side down for 30 minutes.
Grill
Preheat grill to 400°F. Place the salmon skin-side down on an oiled aluminum foil sheet for 14-18 minutes (until the thickest part is cooked through). Cooking time will vary based on fish thickness.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
