Ingredients:
Atlantic Salmon (salmo salar) (color added through feed), sweet bourbon flavored seasoning (salt, demerara sugar, dehydrated onion, dehydrated garlic, tomato powder, paprika color, molasses powder (molasses, maltodextrin), spices, natural flavors (including mesquite smoke and grill), paprika oleoresin color, silicon dioxide added to prevent caking).

FARM RAISED IN CHILE OR CANADA. PROCESSED IN USA BY MOWI USA LLC. MIAMI, FL 33166 1-(800)-780-FISH. NOT FOR RAW CONSUMPTION. MAY CONTAIN BONES.
Remove all packaging. Leave fish on the pre-soaked cedar plank.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the cedar plank with the fish on a baking sheet and bake for 27 minutes.
Keep water bottle handy to douse flames.
Grill
Preheat the grill to a medium-high temperature (390˚F), place the cedar plank with the fish on the grill. Cover the grill and cook for 27 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
