Atlantic Salmon (salmo salar) (color added through feed), salted butter (pasteurized cream, salt), garlic, sugar, key west lime juice (filtered water, lime juice concentrate, lime oil), key west lemon juice (filtered water, lemon juice concentrate, lemon oil), jalapeno peppers, cornstarch, habanero sauce (organic red ripened jalapeno peppers, organic ripened habanero peppers, organic vinegar, sea salt, organic apple cider vinegar), parsley, orange extract (alcohol (79%), water, orange oil).

Remove all packaging.
Air fry
Cook at 400°F skin-side down for 17 minutes on an oiled air fryer rack.
Pan Fry
Oil a non-stick skillet and cook at medium heat flesh-side down first for 5 minutes. Flip the salmon, place the butter puck on top and cook another 5 minutes.
Bake
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a tray covered with aluminum foil or wax paper, spread a little oil to prevent the salmon from adhering to the surface, bake skin-side down for 25 minutes.
Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.
